Job Summary
The Air Conditioning Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, and maintain air conditioning systems
- Diagnose and repair technical faults and system issues
- Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations
- Provide technical advice and support to customers
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service records
- Respond to service calls and complete tasks efficiently
- Coordinate with the service team and report issues to supervisors
Requirements
- Technical diploma or certification in HVAC, electrical, or related field
- Proven experience in air conditioning installation and repair
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures and standards
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel to service locations if required
