Customer Service

Job Summary
The Customer Service staff is responsible for providing excellent support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues
  • Support sales and service teams when needed
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related field
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email systems)
