Job Summary
The Finance and Accounting Supervisor is responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role supervises the accounting team and ensures compliance with financial policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff to improve performance and efficiency
- Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making
- Coordinate audits and ensure proper documentation of financial records
- Improve and streamline accounting processes and internal controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Leadership and team supervision skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
