Sales Representative

Job Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s products or services. This role focuses on achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers through various channels
  • Present and promote products or services to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with clients

  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
